Done in Painter- I colored with flat colors and then threw on some shade and highlight tones and smeared 'em in with that 'just add water' thingy. :3 Waaay easier to make use of than using the brush tools.

YES. Actually it was in the first book of LotR (...of whatever I managed to actually read. XD;) and while it is a song, they just let Pippin make use of it in the movie. Augh... I love that song, and the whole sequence was wonderful but so SAD.
